Grand Slam Club – Ovis Promotional Drawing

1. Sponsor

This promotional drawing (“Promotion”) is operated by Grand Slam Club – Ovis (GSCO) (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of entry
• Legal residents of the United States, where permitted by law

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

3. Promotion Overview

Participants may obtain entries for a chance to win a guided hunting experience (the “Prize”).

• Maximum entries available: 999
• Entry amount: $100 per entry
• Approximate retail value (ARV): $75,000+

Entries will be accepted until all available entries have been issued.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible individual must submit a handwritten mail-in entry in accordance with the requirements set forth herein. Each mail-in entry must be legibly handwritten and must include the entrant’s full legal name, complete mailing address, valid telephone number, and email address (if available), along with a clear written designation identifying the specific GSCO drawing for which the entry is being submitted. Failure to provide any of the required information may result in disqualification of the entry at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Mail-in entries must be submitted in a standard envelope and sent via postal mail to:

To be eligible, each mail-in entry must be postmarked within the same calendar month as the applicable drawing period and received by Sponsor no later than the tenth (10th) day of that same calendar month. Entries that are postmarked or received after the applicable deadline, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules, will be deemed ineligible and will not be included in the drawing.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per drawing period. Each entry must be individually and manually handwritten by the entrant. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, or bulk-submitted entries are strictly prohibited and will be void. Any attempt to circumvent the entry limitations or submission requirements, including but not limited to the use of multiple identities, addresses, or automated systems, may result in disqualification of all associated entries at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability arising from, lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, delayed, or postage-due entries, or for any errors or failures of any kind, whether human, technical, or otherwise, that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements or that is determined to be fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise not in accordance with these Official Rules.

5. Drawing

The drawing will be conducted after all entries have been issued or the Promotion has otherwise concluded.

• Winner will be selected at random
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received
• Winner will be notified via phone and/or email

If the selected winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Description

• One (1) guided hunting experience
• Estimated value: $75,000+
• Hunt dates: Fall 2027 – March 2028 (scheduled with outfitter)

The Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.

7. Prize Conditions & Expenses

The Prize includes the base hunt and is fully paid for by GSCO; however, the winner is responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to:

• Airfare and travel expenses
• Charter flights (if required)
• Licenses, tags, and permits
• Applicable taxes and fees
• Gratuities
• Personal expenses
• Additional game or upgrades
• Lodging and meals before or after the hunt
• Taxidermy and trophy shipment

8. General Conditions

• All entries are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms

9. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the Prize.

11. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
